Meier, Die Werke des Erfurter Karthäusers Jakob von Jüterbog (Münster, 1955) and VL IV 478-87); Bloomfield suggests pseudo-Gerardus de Schiedam.

Binding: Nineteenth-century gold-coloured pasteboards, with pattern of leaves and branches, with monkeys and other animals climbing on them.
Size: 215 × 150 × 12 mm.
Size of leaf: 206 × 141 mm.
Marginal annotations and a pointing hand.
One eight-line initial ‘U' on b3v, and one seven-line initial ‘A' on a1r are supplied in interlocked red and blue. Other two- and three-line initials and paragraph marks are supplied in red or blue.
