Binding: Seventeenth-century(?) parchment. Author and title at the head of the spine of each volume in manuscript in black ink.
Size: Vol. 1: 220 × 160 × 29 mm; vol. 2: 221 × 162 × 36 mm; vol. 3: 220 × 165 × 28 mm.
Size of leaf: 212 × 157 mm.
Some early marginal annotations, commenting on and structuring the text, also ‘nota' marks and extraction of key words. Several loose leaves of bibliographical notes by Lawn.
Provenance: Hicks Parker (eighteenth century?); name on the recto of the front endleaf of each volume.
