On [k10r-v]: ‘Forma absolutionis edita per dominum magistrum Hugonem ep[iscopu]m Const[ ]' (probably Hugo von Hohenlandenberg (†1532), Bishop of Constance 1496-1529, 1531-2; see Gams 272) in a contemporary hand, with incipit ‘Ego absoluo te a vinculis excommunicationis et a peccatis tuis in nomine patris et filii et spiritus sancti . . .'. Also, on [k10v]: ‘Casus papales' and ‘Casus episcopales'. Manuscript note: ‘Repert. No. 73/ Gal.17.4.a'. Initials, often with extensions into the margins, and paragraph marks are supplied in red. A seven-line initial ‘C' on [a1r] is decorated with a human face. Capital strokes and underlining in red. Provenance: This book has the same provenance as Aulus Persius Flaccus, Satyrae. [Basel: Martin Flach, c.1474] (P‑132), with which it is uniformly bound, namely the ‘Bibliotheca Heideggereriana' of Zürich.
