Bequeathed by Wodhull to his sister-in-law Mary Ingram in 1816, and by her to Samuel Amy Severne of Thenford House, Banbury, Northamptonshire, in 1824. Wodhull sale, the property of John Edmund Severne, M.P., who had inherited the library, Sotheby's, 11-21 January 1886, lot 1391. A paper sheet is enclosed with a note relating to the return of the book by B. Quaritch to Sotheby's on January 19th 1886 because imperfect.
