A note on the title-page, in the hand of George Cundall, shows that this item was formerly bound with Albumasar, Flores astrologiae, and Johannes Eszler, Speculum astrologorum.
Binding: Mottled calf with a single gold fillet; the gold stamp of the Bodleian Library on both covers. Scar of an index tab on a2.

Some sixteenth-century marginal annotations.
Provenance: Stephanus [ ] (sixteenth century); name on h1r, cancelled in the same ink as that used for Cundall's name below: ‘Stephanus ραονισερ ’.
George Cundall (sixteenth century); name on a1r, and h1r-v: ‘Georgius Cundall'.
