Unlike the modern edition, ‘homilies de tempore' and ‘de sanctis' are kept separate, in the following order: nos 1, 15-17, 20-3, 25-7, 29, 28, 30, 36-41, 2-14, 18, 24, 31-5, 44-5, 47-52, 54-5, 57-68.

Binding: Nineteenth-century blind-tooled calf; bound for the Bodleian Library; the gold stamp of the Library on both covers. Rebacked.

A few marginal notes, mainly extracting key words, and scribbles in a number of early English hands. On b1r: ‘Directions for keeping feasts all the year', probably in Selden's hand. Bibliographical notes on front endleaf in an English sixteenth/seventeenth-century hand. Drawings of St Paul on i2v and St James on m2v. On a2r of item 2: ‘for the [deleted] John Slye(?) pope John Joh[n] Synnes'. On b7v of item 2: ‘John Shaw Tom Leke Symony Stelthe'.
