  1. N-099(1) Copy Binding: Contemporary German blind-tooled pigskin over wooden boards, two clasps and catches lost. Early manuscript titles on a rectangular parchment label at the head of upper cover and on a paper label at the head of the spine. Strips from a twelfth-century manuscript on parchment visible in the binding. On the upper cover triple fillets form a border, within which is a circular maple(?)-leaf and a fleur-de-lis stamp. Within the following frame is a repeated ‘Maria' scroll stamp. Within the following frame is a rectangular foliate stamp. Within the following frame is a plait-work roll. Diagonal double fillets divide the inner rectangle into four triangular compartments, decorated with the fleur-de-lis stamp. On the lower cover triple fillets form a frame. Diagonal triple fillets divide the inner rectangle into lozenge-shaped and triangular compartments. Size: 283 × 200 × 90 mm. Size of leaf: 280 × 189 mm. Occasional marginal notes, structuring the text, in red ink in an early hand. Provenance: Duplicate from the Royal Library, Munich; ‘Dupl 7175' in pencil on [*1r].
