Inscribed "Annus Jubilaei" and "forma obsolu[tion]is / A[n]no [?] Jubilaei" on the verso, Olomouc [?], late 15th and early 16th century. Marked "F.II.C.l" in purple ink on verso, Olomouc [?], 17th [?] century.
