Collation unknown. Type: 100 R; capital spaces with guide letters. Number of leaves unknown. 21 lines (leaded). Type area: 145 ×92 mm (sheet numbered ‘3' in pencil). Across the fold, a watermark of a bull's head surmounted by a cross. Horizontal chain lines.

Ad. 537-53; left-hand side: the anonymous summary of Eunuchus, incipit: ‘[M]eretrix adolescentem (cuius mutuo amore tenebatur) . . .' and Ter. Eu., prologus 1-14. All texts presented as prose.
