Principal initials are supplied in interlocked red and blue. Other initials are supplied in red or blue. Provenance: Antoine Millier(?) (fifteeth/sixteenth century); inscription on a2r: ‘Je suis a Anthonie Millier(?) not[aire?]. Royale . . . gabelles . . .'
