Size of leaf: 201 × 130 mm.
The gatherings are numbered ‘15', ‘16', and ‘17' in the middle on the lower margin of the first recto in an early hand in brown ink. A few other marginal notes, mainly extracting key words relating to ‘presagia' (of Methodius, Cyrillus, Joachim, and Hildegarde) and pointing hands, in the same early German hand in brown ink. On c8r in a nineteenth-century hand in brown ink: ‘JT. IV. 58. c.’
